1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the IUMIAMI app, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Event Duration

IUMIAMI is a temporary app created exclusively for Championship Weekend.

• Available: January 16-20, 2026
• Location: Miami, Florida only
• The app and all data will be permanently deleted after January 20, 2026

3. Location Requirements

IUMIAMI is only accessible to users physically located in the Miami, Florida area during the event. By using the app, you confirm that you are in Miami during Championship Weekend.

4. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use the app
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your PIN
• You must be 13 years or older to use this app
• One account per person

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, offensive, harassing, or inappropriate
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Spam, scam, or engage in fraudulent activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the app's operation or security

6. Content

• You own the content you post (photos, text, etc.)
• By posting, you grant IUMIAMI a license to display your content within the app
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms
• All content will be deleted after January 20, 2026

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or reliability of content
• Security of your data

8. Limitation of Liability

IUMIAMI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violations of these terms or any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
